Occasionally, these products are replaced by new and improved formulations. The decision to discontinue an item is never made impulsively. We consider many factors, including consumer preferences, purchasing patterns, the availability of new ingredients, and more advanced formulations. Even some of Paula’s personal favorites have been discontinued! In our efforts to continually improve our line and respond to client feedback, we regularly introduce new products, some of which may be variations on your favorites. Many discontinued products have inspired new formulations or have comparable substitutes available on our site. While these products aren’t identical, they share important similarities that make them worth considering.
